Before you begin your therapeutic tactile journey, please take a moment to read this gentle guide on how to care for your new pocket sanctuary and understand its organic nature.

Embracing the beautiful imperfections of slow, human-made design.

• 🎨 Unique Shades & Textures: Because each batch is mixed and slow-poured by hand under shifting studio temperatures, microscopic variations in color saturation or rebound speed may occur between batches. These are not defects, but the natural traits of premium liquid silicone.
• ☁️ Micro-Bubbles & Cooling Wrinkles: During the manual demolding and crystal-sealing process, tiny air pockets or faint cooling lines may form near the base. Despite our strict cleanliness standards, minor static dust fibers might settle on the surface. Think of them as the unique thumbprints of true手工造物 (artisanal craftsmanship).
• 🌀 The Art of Randomness: For all our swirled, dual-tone, or multi-colored creations, the inner blending pattern is completely organic and impossible to replicate. Every single piece is a true 1-of-1 original poured just for you.

How to keep your squishy clean, dry, and velvety.

• 🧼 A Gentle Wash: Premium ultra-soft liquid silicone is naturally cohesive and will pick up tiny desk dust or lint over time. Simply rinse your piece under cool or lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap, using your fingertips to gently wash away the lint.
• 🍼 The Magic Powder Ritual: After washing, let it air dry completely. The raw silicone will naturally feel a bit tacky. Gently apply a light dusting of baby powder, cornstarch, or translucent setting powder to the surface. It will instantly restore that signature velvety, dry, and heavenly matte finish.

• 💅 Beware of Sharp Nails: Your handcrafted piece is designed for endless palm squeezes and deep molding anxiety relief. However, it is vulnerable to sharp edges. Please trim your nails, avoid gouging or pinching with your fingernails, and keep it away from keys, scissors, or pet claws.
• 🚫 No Extreme Over-Stretching: Enjoy the way it stretches, indents, and melts back into place. Avoid pulling it from opposite ends with violent force, as this can cause physical tearing or permanent creasing.
• ⚠️ Strictly Inedible: Although we use strictly 100% non-toxic, certified food-grade liquid silicone and skin-safe cosmetic fillings, and they look incredibly delicious, they are strictly inedible. Please keep out of reach of unattended pets and toddlers.

✈️ 4. transit notes & unboxing guarantee

Ensuring your peace of mind from our studio to your doorstep.

• ✈️ Aviation Pressure & Bloating: Traveling across international airspace under variable cabin pressure and extreme climate changes can occasionally trap micro-air or cause minor bloating inside the dome. Simply knead it gently to redistribute the air or let it rest in a cool place—it will naturally recalibrate to its perfect shape.
• 📦 Studio Demolding Care: To protect complex 3D shapes during the demolding process, a microscopic amount of cosmetic-grade gel or lubricant is used. This might leave a slight residue inside the inner protection bag. Because of this, we have included a brand-new replacement ziplock bag in every box for your convenience.
• 🎥 Our Peace of Mind Unboxing Policy: Every single creation undergoes rigorous quality inspection before leaving my studio. Because artisanal pieces are incredibly delicate, please record a continuous unboxing video when your package arrives. If you discover any leaking or seal damage caused by international transit within 48 hours of delivery, contact us at hello@neadslab.com with your video. We promise a free replacement to protect your happiness.
