Because every single piece at neads is meticulously hand-poured and carefully hand-wrapped in small batches, our fulfillment process is an intentional extension of our craft. Thank you for supporting slow, independent design.
⏱️ 1. processing & handling times
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to process, quality-check, and hand-package your order before it ships out from our central studio.
During highly anticipated drop days or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We deeply appreciate your patience as we prepare your pocket sanctuary.
✈️ 2. shipping rates & transit estimates
We safely ship our sensory collectibles to art lovers worldwide. Our delivery tiers are beautifully simple:
- 📦 Orders Over $39 USD: FREE Worldwide Standard Shipping.
- 🛒 Orders Under $39 USD: A small standard shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country.
- ⏳ Estimated Delivery Window: Standard international transit safely delivers to your doorstep within 7 to 15 working days after shipment.
📦 3. live tracking
The exact second your package leaves our studio, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will fly into your inbox. You can track its real-time international journey anytime on our dedicated Track Order Page.
🤫 4. address corrections (2-hour window)
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, you must email us strictly within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@neadslab.com with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE #OrderNumber".
Once a package has been handed over to our international courier partners, we are legally and physically unable to modify the delivery path, and neads cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
🌍 5. customs, duties & taxes
For international destinations, orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or VAT fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. neads does not collect or cover these additional fees.
💝 6. lost or damaged packages
While we pack our boxes with maximum protective cushioning, international transit can occasionally be rough. If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please review our continuous unboxing video policy outlined in our Product Care & Buyer's Guide and contact us at hello@neadslab.com within 48 hours. We are fully committed to protecting your happiness!
